How do you play?
The rules are the same as classic 2048. Swipe or use the arrow keys to slide every tile. When two matching treats touch, they merge into the next treat up. A new crumb or donut appears after every move. The table below shows each treat and its number.
What is the goal?
Bake the Royal Cake, the treat worth 2048. If you get there, keep going for the Bakery tile at 4096. The game ends when the board is full and no two matching treats touch.
Why play the cupcake version?
- The treats make it easy to see what merges with what, which helps young players.
- It turns the climb to 2048 into a little story: crumbs to cakes.
- The numbers still show under each treat, so you can track your score the usual way.
Tips to bake the big cake
- Keep your biggest treat in one corner and never move it out.
- Fill the row along that corner so it stays locked in place.
- Use two directions most of the time, like down and left.
- Line treats up in falling order next to the corner so they merge in a chain.
Does it save my progress?
Yes. Your board and best score save on this device, separate from the classic game. Close the page and your cakes will be waiting.
